Word is Instagram is looking to add a new feature on their app. The “Favorites” feature will allow users to choose which accounts they want to appear more on their feed. The algorithm used for Instagram is mostly based on popularity and how often the user interacts with that account, this new feature will allow the user more control.

Mobile developer Alessandro Paluzzi showed what the new update could look like on his Twitter.
